Contact us at email@example.com to let us know the items that have been omitted from your order and we will contact you and the bakery for a resolution. It is extremely rare that this should occur but we will do our best to rectify this situation for you; if the bakery has omitted the items they may offer to deliver the items or refund you the cost of the items.
Please be aware refunds are offered on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the bakery. You must report any issues to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of the delivery. After 5 days payment is final and cannot be adjusted.
