If there is a problem with your order, please email us at email@example.com within 45 minutes of receipt of the order; you will need to provide us with an order number and your name (and a photograph of the order) and we will investigate the issue with the bakery or with the courier partner and let you know what can be done to put things right for you. Rest assured we will always be doing our best for you.
It is important that you report your issue within 45 minutes of receipt as the nature of perishable items are fragile.
Please be aware refunds are offered on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the bakery and the logistics partner. You must report any issues to us within the time frame mentioned above firstname.lastname@example.org as after 5 days payment is final and cannot be adjusted.
