Our logistics partners will leave the items for delivery as per the instructions by the sender. If the courier cannot leave the perishable items in the message center or with security, the courier will attempt to call or text the recipient. In addition to the courier calling and / texting, Sweetist will attempt to call / text the recipient. If we cannot get in touch with the recipient after 10 minutes for all Sweetist deliveries, the courier is obliged to move on to their other duties and your order will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued once our courier has been reassigned to their next order and your order cancelled.
If there is no one to receive the items, the courier will do their best to leave the delivery with the doorman, or security and we will notify you of the whereabouts of the items.
Rest assured, Sweetist will make every effort to deliver your items to you. If we reach you, after 10 minutes of attempting to reach you with no contact, there may be a possibility of re-delivery at the cost of re-delivery fee and the cost of the products.
